Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

This site has no analytics, advertising or tracking. It sets no cookies and loads no scripts, fonts or embedded content from other companies. Our hosting provider processes basic technical data to deliver pages. If you email us, we use what you send only to reply.

Who we are

redgateprotection.com is the website of Redgate Protection.

Visiting the site

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and protect the service, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the page requested and the time. It does so as our hosting provider, under its own privacy policy and retention practices: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

We haven’t added analytics or tracking tools, and we don’t use this information to identify visitors.

The enquiry form

The form asks for your name, work email, organisation (optional), the service you’re interested in (optional) and your message. It doesn’t accept attachments.

The form isn’t connected to any sending service. When you press “Send enquiry”, it checks your entries in your own browser and shows a thank-you note. Nothing you type is transmitted to us or anyone else, and nothing is stored.

The form is for general enquiries only. It isn’t monitored as an emergency or incident-response channel.

Email

If you email us, we receive your address, your name if you include it, your message and any attachments, and the standard technical details of an email. Our mailbox is hosted by Microsoft as part of Microsoft 365.

We use enquiries only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation, and keep them only as long as we need them unless we go on to work together.

Credentials and sensitive details

Please don’t send passwords, access tokens, recovery codes, sensitive logs or confidential incident details, by form or by email. We don’t need them to discuss your environment. If you send something like this by mistake, tell us and we’ll delete it, and you should change any credential you shared.

Sharing

We don’t sell personal information or share it for marketing. It’s processed only by the providers named above, as needed to run the site and our email.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it’s used. To make a request, contact us by email. You may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If the way this site handles information changes, for example a new form provider, we’ll update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
